Loan services

Most of books are located on two floors of library building. The library collection is organized according to disciplines: 1^st floor – Humanities, 2^nd floor Sciences, Agriculture and Medicine. Most documents can be loaned and taken outside of the library. Only books marked with a red (1^st floor) or a green stripe (2^nd floor) at the back of the book are intended for in-house loans.

Request for documents from storage room is possible in two ways:

• on circulation desk: fill in request form, processing and delivery of the document takes about 15 min.
  Accepting requests Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-3:30 p. m.
   
• via electronic request form; processing and delivery of the document will be the following working day

In the storage, there are the older volumes of journals, books with call number beginning SK, books from collection of The Czech Academy of Sciences and part of thesis collection.
