Documents and journal articles that are not available in Academic Library may be obtained from an external library using the interlibrary loans system. If our library doesn't hold the document you are interested in, complete ILL requests in library catalogue and we will arrange the loan for you. ILL is free of charge for USB students, pedagogues, USB and CAS (Czech Academy of Science) employees.
Conditions for accepting an ILL request:
- The document is not available in the JU Fund (catalogue of the library, older books - check-in in the ticket catalogue on the ground floor of AL JU, magazines - list of subscriptions, online availability - using the EZB - Electronic Journals Library).
- The document is not available in the fund of the Scientific Library of South Bohemia or in the fund of Faculty of Theology Library).
- The requirement for an ILL must be submitted at least 10 working days before the date you will not need the publication anymore.
- Sending a request via the online catalogue of the AL (after logging in to the reader account - ILL Request card) - Filling in the exact details about the document and also filling in the note with the identification of the library that the requested document has in its fund (search in the National Library Catalogue or Uniform Information Gateway) increases possibility of delivery in time.
The length and form of the loan always determine by the lending library!
Repeated requests of one reader on the same book will not be processed!
